Kung may napulot kayong lesson, feel free to share..

Papa magkano sweldo mo?

Okay. Sikreto lang natin to ha?

Papa: Sige anak, basta kaya kong ibigay. Ano ba yun?

Bunso: pwede po bang humingi ng P150.00?

Papa: (nagtaas ng boses) Lokong bata to ah!

NOTE:

Inspiring and Motivating Interview with one of the most youngest billionaire Top Ittipat AKA "The Billionaire"

Top Ittipat,is a young Thai man who was once an online-game addict, is one of the youngest billionaires in the world. Director Songyos Sugmakanan recently helmed a semi-fictional biopic of the rags to riches story with “The Billionaire”, a story on Ittipat’s extraordinary journey and transformation from a zero to hero. Cinema Online managed to catch the real-life success story as he spills on his self-depiction in the movie and his tips on being where he is now.

Cinema Online interview with Top Ittipat conducted via email recently. Q: How similar are you with Pachara Chirathivat’s character in “The Billionaire”? Were you really that headstrong and confident as seen through your character in the movie?

Ittipat: I’m a little bit different from Pachara’s character in the movie. In the movie, of course they need to make the character stronger than reality, but one thing that both of us have in common is we both have high ambition in our lives.

Q: What is your impression of “The Billionaire”? Would you say that it is an accurate description of your success and are you happy with the final product?

Ittipat: About 80% in the movie is true. I’m very satisfied for the overall of the final cut. At least, the story in the movie shows lots of obstructions and I never surrender. You can be weak, but never surrender in order to keep the game going. This movie could become a great source of inspiration for the new entrepreneurs.

Q: At 26, you are already a Billionaire, what else is there to look forward to when you already have it all at such a young age? Are there any more hidden dreams you may want to pursue?

Ittipat: Yes, there are two things I am looking forward to do next. First, I want to make my brand Taokaenoi as a worldwide brand like McDonald’s or Lays, which you can find anywhere in the world. Secondly, at the moment in Taokaenoi, I need to take care of 2,000 employees and their family members. So we are trying to make Taokaenoi Food & Marketing Co. Ltd. to be a public company soon (perhaps within this year), so that all Taokaenoi staff will get a better life and be more stable in terms of their careers.

Q: Of all the snacks there is, why Seaweed?

Ittipat: As my first business was the Roasted Chestnut shop which was located in shopping malls such as Tesco, Carrefour and more, I had over 30 branches which brought in sales of 3 million baht a month. One day Tesco’s management (where over 25 of our branches were located) didn’t allow us to have the roasting machine at our booths because its smoke carried the smell over the mall and dirtied the store’s ceiling. As no cooking activity was allowed, then the sales of the chestnut dropped vastly by 50 per cent. To make up for it I then tried selling dried fruit as well as seaweed. After a few months, the seaweed became the best-selling product of the booth and it took over the Chestnut sales. Once I saw the potential with that, I produced more of it with 6 employees working at the kitchen in my house.

Q: Apart from “The Billionaire” of course, what are some of your favourite movies?

Ittipat: “Transformers”! In the movie, the robots could not keep themselves as robotic aliens all the time, they had to transform into vehicles on the street. In my real life, during work, I have to be the CEO of Taokaenoi, at home, I have to be a kid for my parents, during a party, I have to be the friendly, talkative guy among friends. I have to transform myself depending to the circumstances.

Q: For a young and good-looking Billionaire such as yourself, we are sure you have all the luck with the ladies. Are you currently single? For the hopefuls out there, what are the things you look for in your ‘dream girl’?

Ittipat: Actually I’m already married for eight years. I really love my wife. She is very kind, supportive and beautiful. I take good care of her and I always make sure that I will spend lots of my time with her. My companion must be able to accept my workaholic attitude. I also prefer a girl who looks like my mother. She is very kind, very supportive, and very bountiful.

Q: Would you like to give some advice to those who wish to make it big like what you did?

Ittipat: My tips for success are that based on four points which is Love, Giving, Sacrifice and Happiness. If you love what you do, you will automatically have a success rate of 50 per cent. That 50 per cent will help you deal with things that you don’t love such as accounting, marketing and human resource. The second is that you need to be Giving, especially when it comes to money and time. Sacrifice comes next, you need to lose something before getting something. When you’re first starting out, you would be just like a small fish in a big ocean and many will try to take advantage, but you have to be smart. When I first approached 7-11 to carry Taokaenoi, they asked for 40 per cent for their GP & Listing fee. If I had refused to loose sacrifice that day, there will be no Taokaenoi today. Lastly, you need to be happy with what you have. If you get rich and successful but are not happy then whatever you do will be meaningless. For over eight years, I wake up in the morning and go to work with high passion. I know I am happy with my job.

Eto pala yung trailer nung movie:

Focus on the SYSTEM

Well usually pag nag Nenetworking Business ka, ang lagi mong sinasabi.. "Goal ko magkakotse ako after 4 Months.. or dapat after 5 Years, may sarili na akong resort or bahay at lupa.."Pero wala ka naman ginagawang sytema mo para maabot mo yun...Sa tingin mo makukuha mo GOAL mo??
Maraming networker ang ganito.mapa Online man or Offline..pag hindi nila nareach ang goal nila sasabihin hindi totoong kumikita sa ganito o ganyan company..

Katatapos ko lang basahin ang isang article about GOAL and SYSTEM.Di ko mapigilang ishare to sa inyo kasi sobrang makabuluhan..

Usually pag hindi natin nakukuha goals natin..

3. We feel Disappointed, pag hindi natin naaachieve.
4. We feel Unhappy :(
Matanong kita, what's the difference of GOALS between SYSTEMS??

Kung Negosyante ka, ang goal mo is to build a Million dollar business.

So here's the Main Question?

Absolutely!!

KEY: LOVE THE SYSTEM

Actually I discovered na goals are good for planning your progress and systems are good for actually making progress.

For me Goals are Short Term, it is good so that it can provide you the direction and also ma push ka na mkuha mo yung bagay na gusto mong ma acchieve, but Systems are Long Term.
If you stay commited no matter what comes along the way, THAT IS WHAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE.

Kung Online or Offline Networker ka, your goal is to earn millions, and your system is to build millionaires.

After you set a GOAL,magfocus ka na sa SYSTEM mo.Learn new skills,magset up a ng meetings,magblog ka.etc.
As long na konektado to sa SYSTEM MO. :)

Remember Focus also on the Process, not only on the Result.

How to use BLOG for your Network Marketing Business

Una sa lahat, ano ba ang Blog? Blog is a simplier type of website.

Simple lang you write something, maybe an article and you post it in your blog, and you let your readers read it and if they want, they can comment on it, like it, or share it.

Ok basahin mo ‘to…

Parang ganito…

By using blog, pwede mong mapalaki ang sphere of influence mo, magagawa mo ‘to by creating readers and followers. magagawa mo din na iangat ang credebility mo by providing valuable information and helpful articles sayong target audience.

Another use of blog is for your prospecting efforts. If you want to attract people who’s into health and wellness, write content about health and wellnes. If you want to attrract business builders and leaders, write something about building a network marketing business.

Blog is not your only strategy and it’s definitely not a technique, its just a tool. A tool for the bigger picture. Its an important part of your online marketing efforts, and it’s just a part of the complete strategy.

Most Common Misconceptions of People and Other Gurus on Blogging and Attraction Marketing.

You can easily recruit people using blogs – Akala ng iba porke nag susulat ka ng articles at may blog na sila ay makakarecruit na sila. Your Blog Will not convert people into downlines. Your message, your follow up and your offer will do the conversion.Your blog is just a place where you share Value and get traffic. Mmalaki din ang maitutulong ng blog mo for “establishing yourself as a leader”. But it’s NOT going to do your recruiting for you.

Blogging takes time – Yes there will be a learning curve and it will surely take a long time if you are doing it alone by yourself without the guidance of a knowledgeable mlm internet network marketing mentor. It will take time if you are listening to a wrong mentor. Guru’s that will teach you theories, ideas, that themselves never and don’t have plan of implementing.

You need to be an expert to start blogging – Di mo kaylangang maging expert para mag start mag blog. Go ahead and blog it!

There will be saturation when too much people are doing Blogging -Actually there will be too much blog but there will be no saturation. Why? Because in attraction marketing ang blogging, “You are selling yourself”.

Most people think that if you are doing internet network marketing, you don’t have to meet and talk to people – Kalokohan to. The reason why I’m doing MLM because i love teaching, meeting and talking to people. And the reason why I’m blogging is to leverage the internet. If you hate talking to people you should consider another career because at the end, ang network marketing ay people at relationship business. It’s all about building longterm relationship with the people you like to work with.

Why many networkers fail online?

Eto ang totoo, Most people fail online because they look at blogging as the complete strategy or as the big picture. When it’s not! Your Blog, your articles, your opt in form, are just part of the bigger picture. They are just tactics and tools.

Let me tell you this at kapag naintindihan mo ‘to you will succeed online. The purpose why you are blogging, why you are doing attraction marketing, list building, SEO, Video Marketing is to expand your sphere of influence and build a following of people who will know, like and trust you. And eventually turn them into business partners and customer to build your business. That’s the Bigger Picture. Blogging will not make you successful online, it’s the bigger picture or the strategy combine with tactics that will make you successful.

My advice to you is dahan dahan mong aralin ang internet network marketing at blogging at iapply mo kaagad lahat ng mga natututunan mo. Simply follow this formula.

1. Invest in yourself and acquire new skills
2. Teach what you know and build credibility position yourself as a leader
3. Expand your sphere of influence, make people know, like and trust you.
4. Then offer your opportunity. Don’t be emotional if some of your prospects will reject your offer. Some will Join, Some will Not, So what!
5. Teach your down lines to do the same.

People Join People Not People Join People Business

The Importance Of Trust

Building a TRUST;

with GOD...
with your FAMILY...
with your FRIENDS...
with OTHER PEOPLE...
with your RELATIVES...
with your LOVE ONES...
with your COLLEAGUES...
with your STAFF...
with your NEIGHBORS...
with SUBORDINATES...
with your SUPERIORS...
with your HOUSEWIFE...
with your BROTHERS and SISTERS...
with your KIDS...
with YOURSELF...
with your DOWNLINES...
with your UPLINES...
with your BUSINESS PARTNERS...

Specially with the BUSINESS and OPPORTUNITY you have right now, the most important above all is the TRUST - much more important than money and any kind of wealth and material being.
