If you want your business to grow… NETWORK IT!
I want everybody to
slowly analyze what is being done here. If you capture it and be able to
do the system in your business, I am sure it will grow. This is
designed for either product or service business.
To start,
May I ask you… do you know magoos pizza? Eh domino? Why? How? Are they
as big as pizza hut or shakeys? I do not even see a restaurant of either
the two pizza brand… why do you know it? Kasi po, naka network sila.
Small stores but plenty.
For example Im selling ballot.
Every night I go out to shout “ balooooot” , but I earn 300.00 daily!. I
work, sleep late, make sure my eggs wont crack and above all… I cannot
watch angel locsin at majica ( gandang babae nun oh). Here I hope you
see the businessman side of the person. The guy who works for money and
does everything.
What if … I get 10 people, give them the
business (w/c I believe they would be more than glad to accept it). Tell
them that I will just get a fraction of their income and they can keep
the whole amount and earnings.
Meaning, they sell my
Guys,
it is a simple networking strategy that can be done whether you are
selling ballot, toys, taho, electrician, massage, automotive, cpu repair
etc…
One more example. If I am a cpu technician , I will
be so much limited to a number of services per day (kasi nagiisa ako
eh). Aside from that, I will be the one working . The only reward is,
you get the whole income. But, if you network and get people who can
service for you (dapat I train mo ha… at syempre turuan mo ng manners.
Kasi, they will represent you and your business), you will not be
limited to just a few clients. Kahit saan pa pwede ka… eh dati pag
paranaque area, dun ka lang kasi malayo ang novaliches… with a network,
you earn less from each service pero madami ka naman na seservicean!
With
this system, you provide people with jobs and opportunities. You help
the economy boom and lessen poverty. So, if you have a business network
it! Lalaki pa negosyo mo! Imagine, you will have branches, fruits and
But I hope that you are
getting my point.
Again, I hope this helps entrepreneurs and business people. Happy entrepreneuring po…

Use pictures to remind you of your DREAM
Use The Power Of Pictures
In Your Heart
Learn how to use pictures to remind you of your DREAM.
Here's a short story about using a picture to FOCUS on your DREAM..:)
Here's a short story about using a picture to FOCUS on your DREAM..:)
But even in his poverty, Rudy believed in his dreams.
He was also a great believer in having pictures to remind him of his dreams.
So he did the ridiculous. He
got a newspaper, cut out a photo of an electric fan, and pinned it on
their wall. And each time he saw the photo, it reminded him of his
great goal in life (at that time): That he’d be able to buy an electric
fan for his beloved wife.
Whenever he saw beads of
perspiration on her forehead, he’d go to the photo, and “press” the
switch of the fan. He focused on his dream.
Four days later, Rudy heard a knock on the door.
When he opened it, he saw his
neighbor holding an old electric fan. The neighbor said he was moving
out and wondered if Rudy wanted to buy his old fan for P50.
Rudy was overjoyed. “Yes!” he said.
In four days, the real fan now replaced the photo.
The next photo he pinned
on the wall was a beautiful white van. Foolish, right? How in the
world can a poor man who couldn’t even buy an electric fan now dream of
buying a van?
But he kept on dreaming
for that van and worked hard. The white van came. And so did the
larger homes. Both here and America.
Today, Rudy is a
multi-millionaire. Because he had pictures that guided him through his
journey.
Having photos work!

Take the 30 day Challenge
Take The 30-Day Challenge!
Whatever change or new habit you want to acquire, the 30-Day Challenge can make it happen for you.
It’s All About Patterns
Haven’t you noticed?
Some people are always making money, while some people are always broke.
Some people are always on time, while some people are always late.
Some people always create happiness wherever they go, while some people create conflict wherever they go.
Some people always achieve their dreams, while some people never achieve their dreams.
Why?
It’s habits. Success and failure aren’t actions. They’re habits.
By the way, here are 7 Rules of the 30-Day Challenge.
Rule 1: Select One Habit
Don’t try to change 19 things in your life.
Just choose one habit.
Choose something simple.
Because it’s the simple things that will cause a massive difference in your life.
Perhaps you want to complement your spouse every day for the next 30 days.
Or spend 15 minutes with your child daily for the next 30 days.
Or eat more veggies each day for the next 30 days.
I repeat: Pick one habit only!
Whatever you pick, make a commitment to do it for 30 Days.
Here’s the magic of this program: If you can make one change
in January, you can change another habit in February, and then another
one in March… Do you get the picture? That way, you could make 12
fantastic changes in 2012.
Isn’t that awesome?
2. Aim For 30 Days
It’s got to be for 30 days.
If you miss one day, promise to go back to Day 1 and start over.
Why 30 Days?
Two reasons.
First, because that’s what it takes to learn a new habit. According
to psychologists, it takes 21 days to create a new pattern in your
life. It takes 21 days to create a mental pathway in your brain, so that
it becomes easier for you to do it.
So why not call it the 21-Day Challenge instead of a 30-Day
Challenge? I don’t want to take chances. 21-Days is the passing
mark. 30-Days is the honor mark!
Here’s the second reason why 30 Days only: It’s more doable.
If someone tells you, “Can you read one hour a day for the rest of
your life?”, that can be overwhelming. But if someone tells you, “Can
you read one hour a day for the next 30 days?”
All of a sudden, it seems more doable.
3. Do It Daily
Developing a new habit requires that you do it daily.
I repeat: You have to do it daily. Not 3 or 4 times a week. This is
crucial. If it’s an activity that can’t be done daily, then try to
choose an “alternate” activity that you can do at the same time.
For example, if you hit the gym every 5pm to 6pm on Tuesdays,
Thursdays, and Saturdays—why not take a walk around your village at that
same time on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday? That way, it’s
still a daily experience.
4. Schedule It
Don’t just say, “I’m going to walk daily.”
Say instead, “I’m going to walk at 6AM daily.” That’ll be more powerful.
Don’t just say, “I’m going to make 20 sales calls a day.”
Say instead, “I’m going to make 20 sales calls a day from 10am to 12noon.”
Doing this little tweak will quadruple your chances of sticking to the habit.
5. Replace It
Empty space doesn’t remain empty for long.
If you remove a bad habit, there’ll be an empty space in your
life. If you don’t fill that empty space, the bad habit will come back.
So don’t just try quitting a bad habit. Be sure to replace it with a good habit.
For example, if you want to quit watching telenovelas, what will you
do during those three hours in the evening? Read a book? Learn a musical
instrument? Start a business?
6. Study It
Study about the new habit you want to acquire.
Let’s say you want to be more grateful in the next 30 days. Then
Google about gratitude. Read articles about it. Look for books on the
topic. Talk to friends about the power of gratitude.
And finally…
7. Find Support
Surround yourself with people who already are doing your new habit.
If you want to exercise daily, get your friend or spouse who will do it with you. If you can afford it, get a Physical Trainer.
It’s your turn to make revolutionary changes in your life.

THE BASICS OF CASH FLOW
THE BASICS OF CASH FLOW
There are those who e-mailed me asking about the basics of cash flow. I'm really sorry that I assumed everybody already understands it. Anyway, by demand ...... here it goes...
May isang bata... joke lang.
The basic is. What pattern do you see if you will get a P100.00 bill and monitor where and how it is transferred from 1 possessor to the other? How does it flow? The pattern for a typical Pinoy is.
You earn from your work, you spend it on food, gadgets, clothing and other basic needs. Before you reach the next payday, paubos na yung pera mo. But that's ok payday is just a few days ahead and it doesn't matter if I run out of money, I am expecting money again any time soon.
This cycle goes on and on and you make some sidelines or create other ways to earn but it seems that money was never enough. (I am tempted to explain further pero usapan... basics lang).
So you can't leave the job that you have because a week without work would affect the cash flow you have to support your family and needs. As much as you wanted to accept another job, the gap would make you pay less for a couple of days, which makes you a slave to your boss.
At least, you have a job to support your needs.
So to illustrate.. .Cash is flowing inside your pocket.
Years have gone by doing your monotonous routine.
Question... what if you get fired? Or you were forced to retire because there are new and younger people ready to take your place. What would you do?
As an OFW, Makati Executive, Top Salesman, Engineer, Attorney, Teacher, etc... What if it all ends? The sweet cash that enters your pocket every 15 th and 30th suddenly comes to a halt.
There are two things you can buy with your money... An asset and a liability. To describe each... An asset brings money inside your pocket; a liability takes money out of your pocket. Another way to see, it is that an asset if you buy one, will bring the money you spent for it back to you 2 or 3 folds. A liability, when you buy it will not give your money back at all.
Guys, esep-esep... what you bought... will it bring money back to you? I know what you have in mind... you have to enjoy what you worked hard for. That's right, but think of something that will last... think of your future.
I have seen the worst of people who were abogado de kampanilya, executive secretaries of top rank business men, people who worked for big companies, earned a fortune and got a big retirement pay by the millions... Now.... Wala na.
Why? Because of their cash flow... went in... went out.
I need not to mention basketball players, actors, singers, etc... Check what is their career path... next after acting, singing and playing... POLITICS.
Going back... all the liability they bought, ibinenta ng mura! I'm wearing a gold chain now, which I got from a seaman... he bought it for P35,000 and sold it for 8,000 to me. Hindi po asset ang alahas! Bakit? (wala bang aaray?) Cell phones... dvd players etc. pati bahay at kotse... that's the cash flow of most OFWs...
The question is ... " WHAT IF THE INCOME STOPS?"
You have to establish something today that will take care of your future.
You must create a source of income that will continually make money flow inside your pocket. Start a business! While you are working as an executive or an OFW, or a professional. .. START A BUSINESS and MASTER that business till you get out of that company.
Now don't tell me to invest my money on pensions and plans... NO WAY ! Narinig n'yo na siguro yung .... Naku ayaw ko na magbanggit.. .. 'yung mga nagbayad at hindi nakapag-claim. .. sila pa ang dinimanda at nag-piyansa! !! HUWAG MO I-ASA ANG PAGTANDA MO SA IBA! GUMAWA KA NG SARILI MONG BALON NG PERA! KAHIT MALIIT PA 'YAN, SARILI MO AT HINDI KA AASA SA IBANG TAO...
Imagine yourself when you reach an older age... (aruy ko,,, baka yung iba sa inyo about that age... tabi tabi po...Ako po sa mga nagtatanong. .. I'm 37 years old. You have money that the company gave you as your retirement pay... what will you do?
You can consume the money till your old... eh kung hindi umabot?
Or maybe, you can start a business and use the money for capital... Kapatid... 9 out of 10 businesses, FAILED... yung isang magsa-succeed, gagayahin pa ng kapitbahay mo instead na mag-franchise sa 'yo... think! At age 50, you are struggling trying to make a business work! What if it fails?!
Eh ano nga ba ang sagot?
The answer is, stop buying liabilities and instead buy assets now. I don't care if it is a banana-Q store, balot, ice candy or a sari-sari store, etc... start now! Because, your experience here will teach you what to do in the future. It's so hard to struggle in business when you are 60 yrs old.
You have to create a source of income separated from the source of income from your work. That when the time comes that you have to stop working, you will have your own source of money! Create assets, start a business that will be there to support you and your family. I AM NOT TELLING YOU TO QUIT YOUR JOB! I'm telling you to start a business while you're working and stop spending your money on liabilities and start putting them on assets!
The business has to be prioritized! Mawalan ka man ng trabaho, may negosyo kang palalaguin.
If before, nabubuhay ka naman ng iisa sapatos mo, huwag mo baguhin 'yun... dati, nagdyi-jeep ka lang... 'wag ka na munang mag-FX...
Create assets and lessen liabilities. Invest and learn now... mag-negosyo!
Eh anong negosyo? Any, as long as you think it is work and doable! I am still looking for partners for my HOME MASSAGE SERVICE! SPA MAGIC! And my business CAR MAGIC is still franchising. .. (joke lang ... baka sabihin nyo nag pro-promote lang ako eh...But I AM PROUD TO SAY THAT ALL MY BUSINESSES ARE ORIGINAL AND ALL ARE GRAND ASSETS!
I started all my businesses with a very small capital. If I used that money to buy a gadget, new shoes or any liability... baka wala lahat ng negosyo ko at wala na akong makain ngayon.
Again, I hope that this BASIC CASH FLOW article helps.... I wish all of us become financially free!

ACTION speaks louder than words
Lebron James has accomplished a lot at age 28.
He's two time NBA champion with the Miami Heat,a four-time regular season NBA MVP,a two-time NBA Finals MVP,a nine-time All-Star and a two-time Olympic gold medalist..
But when we examine his life carefully,James didn't reach the level where he is today by just sitting down and doing nothing.
Instead, the certified NBA superstart observes a strict training regiment to keep himself in superb condition in order to perform at a high level in 82 regular season games.
In short,James' ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS.
We all want to achieve something in life.
Some people want to be a top businessman somebay.
Others want to follow the footsteps of there idols.
And still, other people dream of becoming a "somebody".
But do you know that there are countless people today who continue to dream without doing something about it?
"Those who work their land will have abundant food, but those who chase fantasies have no sense"
-Proverbs 12:11
Take the time to examine your dreams, goals and even ambitions, then ask yourself..
"WHAT AM I DOING NOW TO MAKE THEM A REALITY?"

Achieve the "IMPOSSIBLE"
The best way to PROVE THEM WRONG is to ACHIEVE THE IMPOSSIBLE
If there's someone who is probably "qualified" to say life is filled with impossibilities,it's Nick Vujicic.
who is Nick Vujicic?
Watch his inspirational video:
You might be in a situation where things are becoming desperate or hopeless. But think about Vujicic, the man born without arms and limbs. If GOD can infuse hope in him and use him to impact millions of people today, certainly,He can help you overcome whatever seemingly impossible situation you are facing as well.
A problem can be a "GIANT" to someone. But if you're facing seemingly great odds today, face them squarely.Lift up the seemingly "impossible" task to GOD by surrendering your will to HIM.Then ask GOD for his sustenace so you can overcome the "impossible" and achieve the "improbable".Never tell GOD how big your problem is but tell your problem how big your GOD is!!.

BELIEVE in who you are even if no one believes in you
One of the greatest lies a man could ever take as truth is the feeling of "REJECTION" in the process producing the feeling of " WORTHLESSNESS".
Never allow others to look down on you.Your family's lack of provision, your physical features, your educational background or even your simple family background is in no way connected to your worth as a person.
If we look at ourselves with value, even if you are the most gifted person in the entire planet, you will still be hopeless and powerless.
On the other hand, even i all people in the world think we are nothing;but we think we could be something,we will surely succeed.
Even if you feel that the world is againts you and no one believes in yu.Let me remind you that there is a GOD who believes ad loves you unconditionally. If you believe in GOD,you just need to be reminded that GOD does not create a NOBODY but he only creates a SOMEBODY.
We must learn to see ourselves the wat GOD sees us.For if Jesus died on us,who are we to think we are worthless??

10 Things Happy (and Successful) People Don’t Believe
"10 Things Happy (and Successful) People Don’t Believe"
So you want to be happy? Well, there’s only one thing standing in your way. You. Happiness is a choice that only happy people make. Here are the 10 delusions happy people don’t subscribe to.
1. Life is fair.
Happiness isn’t about always getting what you want. Happy people understand that sometimes life doesn’t go their way; life isn’t fair. What they do know, is that you can only do your best, forgive yourself for what doesn’t work, and let go when you need to.
2. Suffering is bad.
Suffering is an inevitable condition of humanity. You cannot survive this world without at least a little suffering. Happy people know a deeper happiness comes through surviving a deep pain. We learn what we’re truly made of when faced with such hurt.
3. I’m in control of things.
As hard as you work, and as much as you try to plan it all out, you’re just not in control. You cannot control the actions or thoughts of others. In order to reach happiness, happy people accept this inevitable truth and learn to be proactive rather than reactive to life’s surprises and mishaps.
4. People are obligated to love me a specific way.
If your happiness is dependent on how other people feel about you, you will never be happy. You can’t please everyone and you certainly can’t force anyone to love you in a specific way. Happy people accept the way their loved ones feel, and work at showing their affection and asking for what they need rather than expecting people to love them the way they want to be loved.
5. Everyone hates me.
This is a toxic belief and a delusion, yet sadly a great proportion of unhappy people fall prey to this, which is largely why they are unhappy. Happy people face the world with a healthy dose of curiosity and nonchalance. They are interested in others, yet not so dependent on being loved in a specific way. Making friends takes time, that’s all.
6. I can’t.
If you believe you are incapable and let that belief keep you from happiness, then ultimately you give truth to a self-imposed fallacy. The only way to improve and succeed at anything is to try and try again. Consider this: who is your idol? Do you think he or she is so accomplished through a life void of failure? No! They simply do not let their doubts keep them from happiness.
7. I have something to prove.
Unhappy people seek happiness through approval. Unfortunately, that approval is impossible to achieve because it is caused by a inner lack, which keeps them constantly striving. Happiness can only be achieved through self-acceptance. Yours is the only approval you need.
8. It doesn’t matter.
“It doesn’t matter” is just an excuse. It’s what unhappy people tell themselves to avoid confrontation when they’ve been mistreated, or to endure a lack of courage when they don’t follow their dreams. Happiness matters. Respect matters. Don’t dismiss your needs to avoid responsibility of your own happiness.
9. I’d be happier, if only I were [fill in the blank].
You know your routine. I’d be happier, if only I were skinnier, prettier, smarter, the CEO. Happy people know the secret to happiness is accepting themselves–flaws and all. It’s okay to work on improving yourself–we’re always in a state of learning–but it’s not okay to berate yourself for your flaws. Focus on your strengths.
10. I’m too old.
You are never too old. Yes, you may look silly. And, yes, it may be harder than you expect, but it’s never too late to choose happiness. Happy people keep choosing happiness every day, whether they felt it early on or discovered the secret later in life, it’s their choice. Life is unpredictable. The only sure thing is we’re all getting older one day at a time, so don’t let that keep you from happiness.

Tips for a Positive Life/Minded
Tips for a Positive Life/Minded
1. Stay positive.
You can listen to the cynics and doubters and believe that success is impossible or you can know that with faith and an optimistic attitude all things are possible.
2. When you wake up in the morning complete the following statement:
My purpose is_______________________.
3. Take a morning walk of gratitude.
I call it a “thank you walk.” It will create a fertile mind ready for success.
4. Instead of being disappointed about where you are...
...think optimistically about where you are going.
5. Eat...
...breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a college kid with a maxed out charge card.
6. Remember that...
...adversity is not a dead-end but a detour to a better outcome.
7. Focus on...
...learning, loving, growing and serving.
8. Believe that everything happens for a reason.
Expect good things to come out of challenging experiences.
9. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip, energy vampires, issues of the past, negative thoughts or things you cannot control.
Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
10. Mentor someone...
...and be mentored by someone.
11. Live with the 3 E's.
Energy, Enthusiasm, Empathy.
12. Remember...
...there’s no substitute for hard work.
13. Zoom focus.
Each day when you wake up in the morning ask: “What are the three most important things I need to do today that will help me create the success I desire?” Then tune out all the distractions and focus on these actions.
14. Implement the No Complaining Rule.
Complaining is like vomiting. Afterwards you feel better but everyone around you feels sick.
15. Read more books than you did in 2013.
I happen to know of a few good ones!
16. Get more sleep.
You can’t replace sleep with a double latte.
17. Focus on “Get to” vs “Have to.”
Each day focus on what you get to do, not what you have to do. Life is a gift not an obligation.
18. Each night before you go to bed complete the following statements:
I am...

How to Save on Utilities (Part 1)
How to Save on Utilities (Part 1)
Kaya ang payo namin – Stare at your bills every month. This is tip no. 1. Ito rin ang isa sa pinakaimportante nating dapat gawin on how to save on your utilities.
It’s time for you to get the services of a qualified electrician or tubero. You will then realize and analyze kung bakit…
Tip. No. 2 – Refrain from using electrical heating devices. Such as electric iron, rice cooker, coffee maker, microwave ovens, oven toasters and water heaters.. kasi these small appliances consume a lot of energy.
(WHAAAAAHH…) Mawawala rin ‘yun.
Tip no. 3 – Use ESL (Energy Saving Lamps) as much as possible; much better, LED. Under normal use, mas mahaba pa ang buhay nito.

Four techniques that will help you get everything you want
Four techniques that will help you get everything you want
When you learn how to control the subconscious, you can have anything that you want including perfect health, never-ending wealth, and harmonious relationships. You can create the life of your dreams.
Here are four techniques that will help you get everything you want, and less of what you don’t want.
Have Faith
You subconscious mind is your connection to infinite power and creative energy. It has the power to transform any area in your life. But in order to work, it needs you to believe. Have faith and you will get that which you are seeking.
Watch Your Thoughts
You are the gatekeeper to your subconscious. Only the thoughts that you entertain are passed into the subconscious. Do not let in any seeds that you do not want growing in your life. Anytime negative thoughts try and creep in, take control and replace them with more positive ones.
Use the Time Before Sleep
Right before you go to sleep, your conscious, thinking mind is quieted. The internal dialogue is slowed, and you have a close connection to the subconscious. Use this time by thinking and visualizing about the things you want. You subconscious will feed on this on night long, and you will experience amazing results.
Expect the Best
Expectation is belief, and what we believe becomes the seed that we plant in the garden of the subconscious. Therefore, what you really expect, you will get. Expect the best in any circumstance, and you will find that the best is what you continuously get.
When you know how to control your subconscious mind, then you have the power to regain creative control over your life experience. Then you can make your desires manifest with effortless ease.

DISCOURAGEMENT
May nakapag-sabi lang sayo na ‘wag kang susubok pumanik dyan maraming hindi nagtatagumpay dyan’!. ano ginawa mo sinunod mo ung sinabi. O kaya naman hindi ka lang na pansin ng leader or one of the member discourage kana.Ano gagawin back out na agad?wag po tayo ma discourage kung hindi man tayo napansin ni leader or ung member dapat FOCUS lang kaya ko ito this is my journey too.Yan ang lage mo isipin at ung LEADER or MEMBER tutulungan ka rin nyan in the journey syempre sino ba naman ang team na hindi nagtutulungan along the WAY? Diba! Syempre kailangan din nila mag focus in their journey.
LACK OF FAITH

7 Powerful Methods To Achieve YOUR Goals and CHANGE Your Life!
7 Powerful Methods To Achieve YOUR Goals and CHANGE Your Life!
Here is a powerful but simple method for setting and achieving goals that I have learned over the years:
1. First, decide exactly what you want. Clarity is the starting point of great success.
2. Second, write it down, in detail, and set a deadline. Set sub-deadlines if necessary.
3. Third, determine the additional knowledge, skills, and abilities you will need to achieve your goal—and how you will acquire them.
4. Fourth, determine the obstacles and difficulties you will have to overcome to reach your goal, and organize them in order of size and importance.
5. Fifth, determine the people, groups, and organizations whose help you will require, and decide what you will have to do for them to earn their assistance.
6. Sixth, make a detailed plan, broken down by activity and organized by priority and sequence. What is most important? What must be done first? What must be done before something else is done?
7. Seventh, take action on your plan immediately. Do something every day to move toward your goal. Get going and keep going.
At each stage of your life, whenever you are confronted with the need to make new choices, to set new goals, set down and think them through using these seven steps. Always think on paper, and be willing to revise your plans when you get new information.
Keep working on your plans until they are complete. Then, execute them boldly.
